And now since 6 JUNE this app detected is your rom is root

and windevine detected is windevine L3 R ( R for root )

when i take ROOT CHECK that s write your root is not completly install


i would like UNROOT COMPLETLY

There is a flashable zip file called unsu.zip that you can use to completely remove root binary, check in the SuperSU website you just flash it in recovery, for the widevine security level 1 this ROM support only level 3 like ch3mn3y saying on the post early other boxes do support L1 unfortunately not this one.

As for that app, even removing root completely it won;t be possible to use. I googled it some time ago and it seems that newer versions need Widevine L1 (just like Netflix), which our Box doesn't support and won't as I don;t think it's as easy as to copy some files from one device to the other (wish I'm mistaken).
You may try with older versions of MyCanal app. Maybe it's still supported. Just don't update it.

FOR the old version of mycanal i have try that s the same thing only version 3.1.0.35 Is ok but now this version it s impossible to log in

after flash in recovery what is the procedure for unistall the root

i repeat my box when i see with apk root check that s write your root is incomplete

and i see with root explorer on system/bin there s no su files

and on system/xbin no files su

I think that it may be coz there are root files not related to SuperSU. UnSU.zip seems to be aimed at removing any track of SuperSU and not just root - but it probably is affected as well, but not fully.

However I still don't understand why would You do it, as it won't make Canal apps work, as they seems to not mind the Root, only missing codecs.

I have installés magisk manager ans thé ZIP file.
I delete su files with root explorer with allowed permission read ans write files

M'y box is a M8S PRO W s905w, and i forget one thing you have to hide m'y canal in magisk.

When you delete all su files you can install the last version of mycanal and it work

but for ALFAWISE H96 PRO+ it s different the rom superceleron is semi rooted if i start the ROOT CHECKER that say your box is not completely rooted

i try to install MAGISK MANAGER but i have not finish I HAVE NOT INSTALL the zip file

Hi dangchui what is your pcb?
i Saïd that because if you have thé green version you can flash thé ROM of tillaz for thé Gt1. And this ROM is not rooted. Atv or not.
if it's you have share thé solution on deal.... Thank's my m8s pro reborn lol.
i will try tomorow with m'y h96 pro blue pcb if i have thé time

M8S Pro W supports Widevine L1. H96 Pro+ doesn't. So MyCanal won't work even after hiding it in MAGISK, coz it only hides root, not missing DRMs.

So try what Abdel wrote - flash MAGISK and hide MyCanal in it. It works with banking apps, so if it's not Widevine problem, than it should work.

i know about drm, i have 3 box ans only m8s have the L1.
Mycanal works fine on an other box with a custom ROM created by Tillaz for thé beelink GT1. AND THIS BOX DON'T HAVE DRM L1 AND NO ROOT. I KNOW WHAT I SAY.
But on the first page superceleron says this ROM is not rooted if you want you can install magisk.
